Joyful toddler dance party designed just for ages 2–4. With playful music and simple, age-appropriate moves, little ones are invited to shake out their wiggles, build coordination, and explore movement—no experience needed. This high-energy, low-pressure class encourages confidence, creativity, and pure fun in a supportive environment.

Strong Foundations is the ideal class for beginners, returning athletes, postpartum moms, or anyone wanting to strengthen their form before pushing intensity. This class breaks down essential movement patterns — squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and carries — with coaching that meets you exactly where you are. You’ll learn proper technique, gain strength safely, and develop a solid base. Expect slower, intentional work with a focus on posture, tempo, breathing, and muscular control. This is where long-term strength begins.

This gentle prenatal class supports the changing body with nurturing postures, pregnancy safe breathwork, and grounding techniques designed to ease tension, improve mobility, and prepare you physically and mentally for birth. We avoid deep twisting and incorporate props for optimal comfort and stability. Expect slow, supportive flows; strengthening postures for the back, hips, and pelvic floor; and of course Savasana.

Mat pilates class for all levels and experience using small equipment. The class will focus on strengthening the deep core, pelvic floor and lower and upper body. As well as a focus on stretching, mobilising tight muscles and joints. The class will leave you feeling stronger, calmer and more connected with your body.

Music Together nurtures each child’s natural musicality in a playful, musically rich learning environment. Our research-based music classes are designed to be non-formal and non-performance oriented, so your child can learn at his or her own pace, in a way that’s developmentally appropriate.

A fun outdoor workout for the gal pals & their littles (if you want!) with a fun workout for the whole gang, we will work up a sweat outside in the Paloma House lawn, while listening to fun music that gets you and your littles moving.
We will wrap up our workout with some SIPS, coffee, juice & mimosas and outdoor playtime for the kiddos.

This class is the perfect blend of sweaty and stretchy. We’ll kick things off with a high-energy HIIT circuit using bodyweight bands and dumbbells to build strength, boost confidence, and get that heart pumping—then slow it way down with guided foam rolling to help your body recover, reset, and breathe.
